Have you been holding everything together for so long that you’re no longer sure how to slow down?

Pressure feeling like it is too much?

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of who they are beneath the pressure of holding everything together. You may be pushing through on the outside while internally feeling exhausted, stuck, grieving, or constantly questioning yourself.

My clients often struggle with anxiety, stress, perfectionism, identity shifts, burnout, or grief. The patterns that once helped them cope, such as over-functioning, people pleasing, staying busy, or pushing through, are no longer sustainable. Even moments of rest can feel difficult, with anxious thoughts, self-criticism, or a sense that they should be doing more.

Sometimes life changes, performance pressure, loss, relationships, burnout, or transitions can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and uncertain about what you need or who you are becoming. Grief can show up not only after losing someone, but after losing parts of yourself, transitioning out of university or a sport, relationships, expectations, or ways of life that once felt certain.

Why therapy?

At times, people hesitate to reach out because they feel like nothing is necessarily “wrong.” Maybe your life looks okay from the outside, you are functioning well, and there is no obvious crisis, yet something still feels off. You may feel stuck, disconnected, emotionally exhausted, or like you are simply going through the motions. Therapy does not have to be reserved only for moments of crisis. It can also be a space for self-exploration, growth, deeper connection, and creating a life that feels more meaningful, grounded, and aligned with who you are.

What does therapy look like?

Therapy offers space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and better understand what is happening underneath the stress and anxiety. Through a compassionate and holistic approach, we can explore identity, emotions, relationships, nervous system patterns, and the impact of past experiences while building practical tools for coping and self-understanding.

My hope is to help you move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentic, one where you can care for yourself with greater compassion, navigate challenges with support, and make space for growth, meaning, and healing.
