Child counselling sessions are only offered in-person, ensuring a developmentally appropriate space for play and connection.

Virtual Clinical Counselling
Virtual therapy makes getting support feel more doable and less overwhelming. You can meet from the comfort and privacy of your own space, without worrying about commuting, traffic, or rushing across town after a long day. Being at home often helps people feel more relaxed and open, making it easier to talk about vulnerable or personal experiences. It also allows for more consistency. Whether you’re travelling, navigating a busy schedule, or moving through a life transition, you can continue showing up for yourself without interruption. For many, online therapy feels just as connected and meaningful as in-person sessions, with the added ease and flexibility that life often requires.
